Diabetes Support Group
Are you interested in finding out more about diabetes?. Come along to meet with others who are curious about diabetes and topics surrounding diabetes. Each month a particular topic is covered as well as time for afternoon tea and discussion. Run monthy on the 4th Thursday of each month at Nillimbik Community Health Service.
