Eltham Arthritis Land Exercise Nillumbik Community Health Service

Low level chair based exercise class for people with arthritis. Incorporates strength training and Tai Chi during a one hour exercise session. Need to be assessed by NCHS physiotherapist before attending. Each Tuesday 11.00am to 12.00 except for school and public holidays
