You can add any category you like to a page by adding text like this.

[[Category:Cafe]]

The word "Cafe" above is the Category. Once you add it, make sure the category page actually exists, by clicking on it first.

You should add Categories at the end of the page.

You can add multiple categories by adding multiple Category entries, like this.

[[Category:School]]
[[Category:Community Hall]]
