Nillumbik Bicycle User Group (Nillumbug)

A BUG has several purposes: to provide a forum to discuss the concerns of cyclists to campaign for more cycle paths, lanes and improved facilities to provide social rides and other cycling events

One of the first aims that NillumBUG would like to achieve, is the formation of a cycle path from Diamond Creek to Hurstbridge. The more members that NillumBUG has, the more effective cyclists can be in achieving this, and other projects, that people feel are worthwhile.

NillumBUG is intended to cater for the needs of many different cyclists, from all over the shire. It is hoped that cyclists interested in touring, commuting, mountain biking and recreational cycling will feel inspired to get behind this community group. Cycling in Diamond Creek

NillumBUG welcomes suggestions for new or improved cycling paths, lanes or facilities. You may wish to indicate if you are keen to help organise and/or participate in social rides, or just be involved in an active, positive community group.
