RECHARGE, a pilot program which gives people with a disability and the elderly in Eltham better access to local facilities, was officially launched by Nillumbik Shire Council and the Minister for Community Services, Ms Sherryl Garbutt on Tuesday 21 February. The Minister launched the program during the Community Cabinet’s visit to the Shire of Nillumbik.
